First and foremost, I listen to Spirit and I follow my hands.
Together we find energy blocks and clear those "stuck" areas, freeing up your system (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) to return to the harmonic ideal.
Anything can happen in a session, and they are ALL different. That's really the beauty of it. We are all one.... but you are a unique individual as well, and it is really your system, your inner intelligence, your guides, and your body that runs the show. I just follow and keep things connected.
